2021 Tax Roll Certification
Pursuant to Section 193.122 Florida Statutes, Bill Furst, Property Appraiser of Sarasota County, hereby gives notice that the 2021 Real Property and Tangible Personal Property Assessment Rolls for Sarasota County were certified to the Tax Collector on the 6th day of October, 2021 for the collection of taxes.
2021 TRIM Informational Supplement
The 2021 TRIM Notices will arrive in property owners mailboxes in the month of August. Included with the TRIM Notice is the 2021 TRIM informational supplement from Mr. Bill Furst, Sarasota County Property Appraiser.

If you have applied for homestead and/or other exemptions and need to submit supplemental documents for your application, please submit your documents as an attachment and email them to customerservice@sc-pa.com.
